I’m a soccer player. I have a thin waist and body. When I pull down on the layer of fat, I can see my abs perfectly shaped. How can you see them without me pulling down the flab? Oh yea, I run alot and i’m starting to do sit-ups.

Drink a lot of water. Start when you wake up with a 16 ounce bottle of water. Avoid eating food before you go to bed.
