I’m a 14 year old boy, 5,4 and weigh 137lbs. people tell me I’m not fat when the truth is I have a layer of little layer of fat that your still able to grab.Some people say its genetics but i believe its hard work. My question is how do I get abs in a 4 to 8 week program? like a work out program I am able to do at home.

quiet simple.
If you have a layer of fat on your abs. that means you will have to jog it off. try interval cardio, its the best (30 second sprint , 60 second walk and repeat)……atleast 30 minutes a day
As for the work outs.
Crunchs. Find out how many you can do in total before failure (your max) and do that for 2 weeks and add atleast 10 more crunches to it every two weeks.
Bicycle ab crunch. same thing find your max and increase on it every two weeks.

It isn’t very intense, but if you stick with it and do it everyday, garantee abs in less than 2 months.

run 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes, eat very healthily, lots of proteins and good carbs, no bad foods like fatty foods and sugary foods, and do lots of ab exercises, aswell as lower abs and oblique exercises, you can look these up on youtube if your stuck
