This may seem like a stupid question but I heard that if you flex your abs you can see a six pack and if you do it a lot you get a six pack even when your not flexing (with sit ups, crunches etc. as well) so I was just wondering how do you flex your abs?
I don't know what happened to the r on the end of your lol I must of been having a anti-r moment lol

do half a sit up and that is tensing your abs or to flex when standing up pull your stomach in slightly and pretend your going for a poo lol strange answer for a strange question
