i just recovered from an eating disorder. and my metabolism it complete crap now :/ so any tips how to make it faster slowly. ive been doing cardio for 40 min max. after recovering from my ed i gained a lot more weight back so any tips for good exercise for the lower part of body?? ive been doing walking, oh and i have no upper body strength i can barely do a push up lol so how do i gain upper body strength too ? thanks a ton :))
