I do fencing after school and i would like to know a way of improving my stamina and strength, without having to forget about homework and other stuff.
I can’t dance to save my life and i walk to and from school.
Any suggestions?

try jogging and sprinting in intervals for 30 minutes, this should improve your stamina…

Yoga, It will improve your balance, stamina , breathing and you build muscles you never knew you had.
