how do i gain muscles for my arm,legs,and butt?

i feel so skinny and i want to gain weight but its hard cause i have a fast metabolism, i want to gain about 10 pounds (im 115/ goal is 125) im 5′2 if thats any help.
how do i gain weight, whats the best ways?, someone told me ensure (a protein shake is a good way to go)
-what exercises do i need for my arm to gain muscles
(how many reps/sets)
-what exercises do i do for my thighs/legs
(reps/sets)
-what exercises can get me a bigger,rounder butt
(reps/sets)

also how do people that love to workout get motivated; i need some of that motivation to work out every other day so i can see results in months. im just so lazy its sad.

      well you need protein my friend. protein shacks aren’t good enough.

      you need MEAT not SHAKES. the protein in meats last longer in your body and take longer to digest. you need very very lean red meat. and lots of chicken and turkey. also lots of rest and water for muscle building. for arms you want to do curls, that’s what i do, tricep extensions. and if you want to work out your entire body do something called power cleaning.

      lots of cardio

      if you want bigger legs start sprinting. leg lifts, squats, leg press

      all work, drink as much water as you can
