Eating the correct food is crucial for your wellbeing. You can try supplementing your diet with acai berry, it is not only a widely tested and acknowledged weight loss product, it is a superfood too. There is a risk free trial available at http://jawock.mydreamdiet.info I have been taking it for 2 weeks now and it is definately having an effect!!

This is an interesting question! I made a bet with one of my guy friends that I would get abd before he does. (Him being a little chubby and me totally skinny) I know it’s easier for guys to get abs, so I have to work extra hard. I’ve consulted many guys with 6-Packs and they all say to:
–Swim! (Fun and easy way to work out your body.)
–Sit-ups. (Ah, the dreaded sit-ups. They actually do work!)
–Running. (I know this works out your legs, but spot-toning never works.)
–Bubble wrap while exercising. (You think I’m kidding? Easy way to lose water weight to let those abs shine out. Wear it so your body will sweat every time you exercise. There is water weight everywhere on your body that could be lost.)

heyy im a teenage girl too! im currently doing a workout routine of 50 v-ups(lay on back and bring legs up and torso up into a V position) and a minute of mountan climbers (running movement with the legs while in a push up position). Every other day I do my daily routine and as many situps, tuck ups, leg lifts, hollow holds/rocks as i can! i started with just a stomach of flub late last year and now i have a six pack! (hahah but it still needs some work xP!) good luck and keep at it! slacking off=no results! and eat healthy! pudgyness means fat covering your newly made abs!
