How can i be more healthy, as in fitness?!?

I don’t want to be like ripped abs, and what not.
Im a girl.
I just want to be in shape.
Im skinny and 13 and pretty strong for my age.
But i eat alot!
And i want to be healthy.
What can i do in the mornings?
What can i do before i go to bed?
When should i go to bed?
What should my diet be?
What kind of exercises should i do? for how long?
I can’t touch my toes!
I wake up at 7:30 or 8:00
I go to bed at 12:00

      let me answer before someone spams something that’s too good to be true… you need to be selective about what you eat (adding ranch to the salad isn’t a good choice). there are decent tasting foods out there, you just have to look. i’d recommend that you do something pretty active (cardio) about 5 times a week. it could be running, swimming, jogging, dancing, martial arts, sports or something you enjoy. a good workout should be 30-60 minutes of fairly intense activity.

      You have alot of questions …but then again who doesnt when it comes to fitness? In looking at all of your questions, one resource immediately came to mind. I”m confident its the only place you need to turn to get all of your questions answered and better yet results.

      like chastel said you should just do some cardio a few times a week for at least half an hour, it could be something easy like dancing in your room but it’ll do a lot of good. try to find a friend to exercise with you or go for a walk with you, it’ll make things a lot easier and you can even break up what you do throughout the day so you can do a little in the morning and a little at night. as things get easier slowly progress what you’re doing and how much you’re doing so you get stronger. don’t try to find a set ‘diet’ just think about what you eat, stay away from things you know are bad and try to trade them for healthier stuff. of course its okay to splurge once in a while so don’t get upset if you eat an oreo or something =) sorry my response is all over the place but i hope it helped
