Adventure/Eco tourism …. white water rafting, orienteering, rock climbing, canoeing, showshoing, skiing, fitness trails, bootcamps (which have become much more popular lately), there are even tours where you go work on a farm. More and more people want to be active on holidays instead of get drunk on a beach for a week. I could go on …. Our socity is shifting towards a healthier way of living … local food movements etc … they want their holidays to reflect that as well. Google yoga retreats and see what you come up with.

sport tourism? for eg, cricketers go to england for county cricket. or go to france to watch the french open.
