i have been regular 2 gym past 1 yr… i usually do weight training more.. cardio once in 2 weeks… i have a toned upper as well as lower body but my tummy plays spoilspot…. i hv been doing all possible exercise(full crunches, half crunches, leg raise etc etc) to reduce it.. i mostly avoid carbo in the nite..but still i cant gt rid of those flabs… i usually hv light breakfast and lunch and a heavy dinner…
so plz suggest me the proper diet , exercise and supplements (i’m taking whey protein now) 2 get my tummy flat…

eat more in the morning and less in the evening and try not eating after 6pm

You can’t target fat loss by doing exercises for a specific bodypart. The only way is to watch what you eat and do cardio, cardio and yet again cardio.
As for food, try eating more times a day, perhaps 4-5 so as to speed up your metabolism.

I used to have the fattest stomach. Here’s a good site I found that really helped. It gave me great workouts and diet tips and showed me what I was doing wrong.
