Well, its not really possible to do that. If you want to try, it'll be really hard to meet your goal. But my suggestion to help is to add 115 calories per day…115 a day to gain 1 pound of muscle a week. Subtracting 500 pounds a day will subtract one pound. Focus on compound movements, not isolated ones. For example, bench press, pull ups, rows, squats, dead lifts, and military press are the best types to do. Do monday, wednesday, friday, 5 sets of 5 reps going into muscle failure each time. Rest 2 minutes between sets. Good luck!

Ok what you can try is eat more fat and exercise less and if you really want to pack on the pounds fast (and you probably want something more since your going to work it off anyway) they sell special weight-gaining foods on line and at stores- you just got to look out for it ^-^

Have you tried those shake things that have like a zillion calories? You could drink like boatloads of those or something and just eat like crazy…
