Download Our Brand New ACCELERATED Fat Loss Diet!

My main goals are to increase muscle in the quadriceps, calves, and butt but since I go to my university gym, there are no instructors to help me out in telling what exercises to do. Even though I’m overall skinny (125 pds, 5′6 tall, 20 yrs old), I would love to have more muscle and increase butt, quadriceps and calves. Any suggestions regarding exercises? Thanks 4 ur help!

Squats are the number 1 lower body mass builder
they work your quads, hamstrings, adductor/abductors, glutes, core muscles, and lower back.

Calve raises to work your calves out.

4 sets of 12 on all those.
