Hi, i've lost 4 stone in weight in just under 6 months and it has left me with a saggy belly and inner thighs! I'm almost at my goal weight but need to now tone up. What exercises would be best for me, i need something that i can do while my son is at nursery in the morning but i also have a 6 month old baby at home so going to the gym isn't really an option! please give me some advice, thanks in advance!
i've been dieting correctly, i have been following the weight watchers programme correctly, using the right amount of points daily and breastfeeding my baby! A lot of the weight I had put on was due to pregnancy!

I have an aerobics video at home that lasts for about 30mins which makes it easy to do a proper workout but in your own home. Often you can borrow exercise videos and dvds from your library. I also find those big blow up exercise balls handy. Put it up against a wall behind your back and do squats, moving the ball up and down the wall against your back. It's really good for your tummy and thighs

if you take a look at my answers in other similar questions, you'd know what you've done wrong. you have lost mostly muscle mass because you didn't know how to diet or exercise right.
here, take this for example… (for people who don't know stones… 1 stone = 14 lbs)… let's say you were 200 lbs @ 40% fat (which is morbidly obese)… let's say you lost 4 stones (which is 56 lbs)… now you weigh 144 lbs… if it were fat that you lost, you would be at 16% body fat… which is basically from an obese person, to a fitness model in six months… it doesn't work that way… if you've burn 1/2 lb of muscle for every lb of fat you lost… you would've lost 37 lbs of fat, and 19 lbs of muscle… which will bring you down to 30% fat … which is severely over weight with a lot of muscle loss…
you lost muscle… and a lot of it… you have to gain it back… which means you will have to gain weight back, and some fat back… then you'll have to do it real slow and burn pure fat…
saggy belly, and "loose skin" is mostly burn muscle that used to hold the fat and skin "up". you lose the muscle, the fat sags down and people think it's skin…
i don't know why people look for the easy way out… trust me, you can't "tone" fat… you'd have to burn it, and build muscle… there is nothing called toning… all this "lose weight first, then tone you muscles" is wrong…
but people don't want to listen… it's your call… either do it right, or just get some really disappointing results.
