I need a good exercise routine , These are the muscles that i exercise :
Biceps , Triceps , Shoulders ,Chest , Back , Abs , And the legs ….
My question is , Which muscles you think that go along perfectly and better to exercise them together in one session ?

(Sorry guys but i don’t think u got my question, I’m not looking for a weight loss solution or anything got to do with weight , I’m asking you which of these muscles can be trained together in one session , Example : Shoulders with chest in one session )

You should go out and buy P90X. They do all of these workouts to the extreme. It is a 90 day program. As long as you are in good health you should be able to do it.
The first week you may not be able to keep up, but as you get use to it you can do more and more.
I’m on week 4 of the program and couldn’t do a pushup to save my life (even a girl one) Now I can do 10 regular pushups (mind you I can’t go all the way down to the ground but I’m working on it).

For getting that 6 pack is to perform regular abdominal exercises. Make sure that you are working both your upper and your lower abs with exercises such as sit-ups, leg lifts, and v-ups. Another great ab exercise, according to researchers, is the bicycle. To do it, lie on your back, lift your legs up to 45 degrees, and pedal as if you were on a bicycle. Additionally, do not neglect your oblique muscles, which are on either side of your stomach. Any exercise that twists your body, such as twisting sit-ups and side bends, can do this.
