A friend signed me up for a bodybuilding contest,he just told me and Its in 2 weeks, but I dont think im ready. He said I would do fine. But I think im at 10% bf , and I need to lose it, before the contest, and look ripped and defined. Plz help any advice, what do I need to do?

Sorry, I don’t lift for competion, I lift for strength and conditioning. I would try the forums at one of the major bodybuilding sites for advice. Good luck.

keep up the protein, lower your carb and fat intake. and train high intensity cardio in 1 minute intervals. for example run on a treadmill at high speed for 1 minute then rest for 1 minute then repeat over and over for 2 hours a day.

You need to lose what? The 10% bodyfat!?
