If so were you satisfied with the results, or not so much?
My doctor recently increased my dose of thyroid meds, I’m confident that with it in better control I won’t have so much trouble losing weight. But I want to do a cleanse to make sure all the yuck is out of my system. BUt I don’t want to spend money on something if it won’t work.

I have not tried the slim quick one but I did try one from Dr. Nutra. I did the clense paired with changing my eating habits and it really cleaned me out. I felt horible for about three days and I was cranky as hell. I did it for about a month and lost about 40 pounds that first month. As far as what I ate it was based on what was called a candida cleanse. It was not easy but I have to say that I fell a million times better as a result.

I can’t say for sure, but I did read in their disclaimers/instructions that you shouldn’t do it if you are being treated for thyroid problems and/or a whole list of other issues– which is pretty typical for a product– but I would take that into consideration. that being said, its probably cheaper and safer to do a more natural cleanse. there are a lot of detox plans out there involving soups and smoothies and mostly fruits and veggies for several days. I’ve researched those quite a bit and there are so many plans online if you do some digging. just be careful, and good luck with the thyroid weight loss… I’m right there with you and it is tough.
