I’ve finally managed to get a six pack. When I kind of suck my stomach in a little and flex, you can see all of the definition and tone in my abs, but when I relax, you can still see the six pack but its less defined and normal looking. Are guys like Mario Lopez’s, and Terrell Owens’s abs always defined even when they are in resting position? Or are their ab muscles only really defined when they flex them for things such as photo shoots? And should I do more cardio to flatten out my stomach more?? Im so confused

They flex but generally you can still see the definition when they are not. Cardio is a great way to streghthen your core, but for toning you can look up really good excercises, like aerobics and pilotes. They may seem girly but they work, and there is nothing girly about a nice six pack ;). goodluck!!!

I think it’s because they just flex it when they show themselves up for camera or any media. Abs normally get defined whenever you flex them. Though I think that if you do it (flexing) on a normal basis, it comes natural as well.
