I don't want to burn any fat on my butt. I just want it to be a little bigger and tone it. Crazy, you may all think, but I don't like having a small butt. I was really sick for about 3 months and lost a lot of weight, and I'm trying to build it back up again by gaining muscle in the areas that need it/used to have it.
Any help?

wut? you mean you want to tighten your butt? if so then tighten for 15 seconds release for 5.
