I am 21 (or will be soon) I started on weight watchers in jan (points not core) i have lost a little over 25 lbs just buy eating right. now i want to start working out, i am out of shape but it doesnt take any time for me to start toning up. I perser to workout in my own home at least till i feel more comfortable or less jiggly working out infront of other people. I would really like a good 10-15 min (20 at most) work out tape to start with if it takes longer i am afraid i will opt not to do it more than i opt to do it.

try 10 min abs, buns and theighs. my favortie is a pialties spot video by the cruch gym. each segment takes about 10 mins. if you want a little more try the power 90 videos. they are awsome! but i think they are closer to 30 min. good luck!
