Hello.. I’m 19 years old 5′11 been training for a year, I was 135 now I’m 175lbs… I’m gonna have a pictorial in 2 weeks…. I just need to gain a couple of pounds…( I think) I never used any supplement whatsoever… Any suggestions? I’m ok with my body.. I just want to make sure that I get a great shot… Besides I trained for a year for this!!!=)

      Gaining lean mass usually takes months and years. The only tips I can give you to maximize and firm up in two weeks would be to eat a lot of protein, drink a lot of energy drinks at the gym, and do as many reps as you can. If that means lowering your average rep weight by 20-30%, do it. To expand the muscle fibers you want to expand, this rapidly, repetitions are your only hope. But even then I’m afraid the odds of a major change are rather slim pickings. Good luck, though!

      body fortress super muscle and weight gainer, drink 2 hours before you work out, then one after you work out, and body fortress super advanced creatine(take immediatly before you work out then right after) creatine is fine and it works so good, best stuff ever and it only costs 13 dollars and it lasts about 3-4 weeks, im 17 about to turn 18, a month ago i was 122 now in 131 and no fat gain just lean body weight, and i added 10 pounds to my bench press and have gotten a little stronger, it will take about 2-3 months to see results dude, but good luck
