Exercising without sleep?
Solved
I have a new workout plan where i get at least 30 minutes of Cardio everyday along with leg lifts, sit ups etc. I do this 5 to 6 days a week but my problem is some nights i don’t sleep at all. Not something I can help, trust me I try. But when I don’t sleep is it still OK to do some light exercise? If I haven’t slept at all and then exercise but I could get sleep that following night is that OK?
It would really mess up my exercise plan if I can’t.

Light exercise is fine. Just remember that your body needs sleep and rest to rebuild muscle that was destroyed by previous exercise. If it is insomnia that is this frequent, you should see a doctor. If it’s lifestyle, you need to rethink. Your body hold a sleep debt and whilst in the red, your body will not be working at it’s best. I have heard the phrase "exercise is the architect, sleep is the builder." This is very true.
