I just got surgery on my hand and am going to be in a cast for a few weeks. I was wondering if there are any exercises i can do with one arm that can work my chest.

Dumbell bench presses, or machine bench presses. And if you're strong enough, push ups on one hand. But note that you will only train one side of your chest!!!!

If you only use one arm you will only be working out half of your chest. There are ways to do it without using the hand, but with surgery I'd be careful. It'd be best to ask your surgeon for recommendations.
