Cycle or walk to work / school to the shops etc. It’s a great way to keep fit and tie it in with your day. Save money that way too! I cycle 40 minutes each way monday - friday and, although it was hard at first, after 2 weeks I started really enjoying it and got really fit.

Pilates, yoga both are great. pilates for the extensive, yoga for relaxation and some exercise

I think sit up frame things are really good. If you just do like 50 a day after a couple of weeks it definitely works. They’re only about 10 pounds. Also you could do crunches..these are meant to be most effective and of course push ups. :)

I know what you mean! I do quite a bit of exercise at home if im bored, and its not the type of exercise that it really tiring and hard either. I usually do it in between adverts on the tv, or just randomly when im bored,
      - Sit ups and stomach crunches
      - Run up and down the stairs
      - Push ups
      - Lift heavy-ish objects up around the house
      - Run around the garden
      - Squats

floor exercise are the best way to tone the body, also pulling your cheeks of your bottom in, holding them in for a few seconds and letting them out again slowly, repeat until you can feel the tightness. sitting on your chair while watching tv, bring your knee up to your chest one at a time, this firms the thighs, you can also breath in pull in the tummy in as far as it will go, hold the breath, and let out slowly repeat, Again until you can feel the tightness. these exercises work, try using them every day,
