I recently bought some Acai Berry at Vitamin cottage, since I’ve heard so many good stories about weight loss. I’m shooting for a bikini body by Summer time, and just wanted to get a head start.
I am not at all interested in gaining stomach muscle, just getting a flat stomach and losing a little upper leg fat.
Haha, so, does anyone know good routines I can do along with taking the Acai berry that will help me get a *flat* stomach and slim down my legs a little?

Alright, I know doing things like tons of sit ups could just build up muscle under the fat, and make my stomach appear bigger. As I said, I don’t want this. I am not asking for website links or people telling me Acai is BS, because the entire reason I want to pair it with "work-outs" is in case it is BS.
So please, can someone tell me a specific thing I can do that won’t build up stomach muscle, but help flatten it out? Thank you VERY much!

Targetted weight reduction is quite difficult, some peeple would say impossible, but I worked off 2 inches from my waistline by following the instruction on the web portal in the box below. Give it a try, their advice is very down to earth!

Acai weight loss theory is BS, its just like in past with blueberries, blackberries, pomengranate, mangosteen and now acai. Cleaning or fasting is a good quick results weight loss plan, or for long term start in a aerobic/cardio boxing class, plenty of time to shape up for summer.
