Find something active that she enjoys doing and do it with her to help motivate her! How about a sport you both can enjoy? Any sport will do, if you don’t know what to do why not just go walking and jogging together. Instead of talking on the phone, you can go for a run or go swimming or something. And instead of eating out, go shopping at the mall together. Try doing fun things with her that involve some walking or some sort of exercise and not eating, these things are all easy for her to do and can be fun. Good luck to you both!

get a yoga ball (the huge workout ball) most come with a tape there alot of fun and work your stomach out alot. You can do it together and have fun doing it.
