Hi.
I am going try my first cheat day today.
I only ate 1/4 a cup of ice-cream so far.
Do I need to exercise on cheat say as well?
I did HIIT for only 5 minutes so far, but that was because it was morning, I had to go somewhere.
I don’t want to gain too much fat from cheat day.
Oh, and how much should I eat?

Don’t exercise and eat whatever you want, otherwise it wouldn’t be a cheat day.

Cheat day only causes more problems, especially if you’re just beginning and you generally don’t know what you’re doing.
HIT? Is this High Intensity Training? I doubt your 5-minute program is truly high intensity. But if it is, it better be really intense. Otherwise you’re fooling yourself with your regimen and your cheat days.
