No. If you could just cut the fat off…you would be left with weak abdomen muscles. That fat has prevented them from strengthening. So you would be skinny, but not have muscle definition. You would still need to exercise to get washboard.
well yea…genetics are pretty important factor in that …sadly…but u are correct for the most part…everyone HAS abs….abs you could see if they werent being hidden by fat…but if you are looking to get a 6 pack you need to get rid of the fat ANDDD build your ab muscles ..both
