i know if seems pretty boring but i wanna lose weight
so is this a good plan for weight loss for a 13 year oldd

Absolutely not. This is an awful plan for a someone your age. If you want tolose weight. Try cutting out fried foods all fast foods be very selective about the desserts you eat. Eat your veggies and fruits
