Since just before christmas I have been so lazy and have been putting on weight when I am supposed to be keeping it off, I have had enough now and have started back to my healthier eating and exercise and this is what I do for exercise:
Monday: Pussycat dolls exercise dvd flat out about an hour and a half long
Tuesday: Street Dance class which is 2 hours long
Wednesday: Pussycat Dolls Exercise dvd flat out same time as before
Thursday: Wii Fit or go to the gym for Spin class
Then I won’t do exercise for the whole weekend. Does that sound ok?

yep! You might be better off switching it around to like Mon, Tues, Thur, Sat or something like that-so ur not skipping soo many days in a row. But yes that does sound good!

That’s great! Better than me, I’m so lazy…. But I agree it’d be even better if you switched the days around. To benefit from exercise to the max, your body needs to recover completely between sessions. If you work out on alternate days you should get quicker results!

yes it sounds good, but make sure you carry it on the next week and the next etc
