Monday: 40 mins of Yogalates
Tuesday: 1 hour of step aerobics class
Wednesday: 45 mins of Yoga + 1 hour of hip-hop dance
Thursday : 1 hour of pilates
Friday: 1 hour street dance (MAYBE)
Sat and Sun = rest
I know its cramped together with the weekend rest but due to the gym timetable it's out of my control. WIll it damage me if I do it this way?

Sounds good, a bit of general advice if i may:
If you are just starting this amount of exercise then maybe drop at least one day (like Wednesday) to give yourself a break and make sure you don't tire out too quickly or make yourself sick.
Also, try to eat well; healthy foods decent amount of protein.
Other than that, have fun and best of luck.

Exercising helped me to lose loads of weight once I joined it along with using acai berry. I understand they say that pills don't work, however they certainly worked for me, and they have been showcased on CNN too. There is a free trial happening currently at http://borudm.novafree.net , try it out, how worse could it make things?
