Okay, so I am quite a good weight, but i feel like i am putting the pounds on a bit, especiallly round the thighs, and my hips are sooo big =[
Does anyone have a good and simple diet that i could use, and maybe some exercises that could help to lose the excess around my thighs and hips, thanks in advance =] x

Targetted weight loss is quite tough, many would state impossible, but I melted away 2 inches from my thighs by following the guidance on the site in the box below. Give it a try, their help is very sensible!

1. Stay away from the three S’s as much as you can: Salt, Sugar and Seconds.
2. Exercise daily, raise your pulse for at least thirty (30) consecutive minutes a day. Make sure you get some rest as well, so your body can recover.
3. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruit.
4. Cut down on fast carbs, such as white bread, pasta, potatoes and white rice. Eat whole-grain instead.
5. Eat fibres and protein.
6. Some people simply have a certain area on their body that gathers fat easily, that’s just the way it is. Don’t exercise/diet yourself to the point of exhaustion and starvation. You have to feel good, that’s what’s most important!
7. NO. EXCUSES. If you don’t have time, MAKE time.
