okay so i'm going into high school and i really want to lose weight before school starts.
i've been eating healthier and less and working out but its not working as fast as i'd like. i don't want to ask my mom for help because shes going to end up telling my entire family and theyre really annoying so i dont want them to know.
i want to aim for at least 20-30 pounds off in a month and a half is that possible ?
anyone have any ideas?
i'm not allowed to leave the house without at least a friend but theyre all on vacation, which really sucks so i need regular household-available diets.

20-30 pounds in 1.5 months is unrealistic. If you want to lose the weight in a healthy way, aim for at most 2 pounds a week.
