Carb Cycle for bodybuilding low carb high protein food?
Solved
i am recently on strict carb cycle diet which i know exactly what to eat on training which is high carb and high protein.
But on non training days where you have to eat low carb and high protein meals i have problem with and is quite important because when you eat low carb and high protein meals on not training it uses the body fat for energy and builds muscle while losing fat.
so if anyone can give me details of exactly what to eat from start of the morning to the sleeping time.
which is mainly of low carb and high protein thanks.
i also have whey protein which has very low carb.
my daily protein intake for this non training day is 200 grams of protein.

Charles ^^ has the right idea, just up the portion sizes to equal your body weight. The whey is great due to it’s many benefits. Whey protein is an excellent source of the essential amino acid, leucine. Leucine is important for athletes as it plays a key role in promoting muscle protein synthesis and muscle growth. Research has shown that individuals who exercise benefit from diets high in leucine and have more lean muscle tissue and less body fat compared to individuals whose diet contains lower levels of leucine. Whey protein isolate has approximately 50% more leucine than soy protein isolate. Whey protein is a soluble, easy to digest protein and is efficiently absorbed into the body. It is often referred to as a "fast" protein for its ability to quickly provide nourishment to muscles. I prefer a high quality chemical free whey protein minus the fillers and additives from http://www.bulkprotein.com
Whey protein helps athletes maintain a healthy immune system by increasing the levels of glutathione in the body. Glutathione is an anti-oxidant required for a healthy immune system and exercise and resistance training may reduce glutathione levels. Whey protein helps keep athletes healthy and strong to perform their best.
