well just follow the list below if you dont know how to do them just go on youtube.com and write "get six pack abs in 6 minutes on couch" and its the one where the video is 5:29 long.
- 20x knees up
- 20x leg raise
- 20x cycles
rest for 10-20 seconds
- 20x reverse crunch
- 20x leg on couch crunches
- 20x hip truts
rest for 10-20 seconds
- 20x cross crunches (10 each side)
- 20x reach and touch
- 20x cross leg reverse crunch
ps: you need a couch and try to do this 3 times a week for 4 weeks. trust me it works
