A. is the result of short duration activities that quickly causes muscular fatigue
Anaerobic respiration is a for of respiration which can be carried out without oxygen for a short period of time. It is entered into for a short period of time when the oxygen suply to the muscles is less than the muscles are using. This is during high intensity activity. It can only be sustained for a small period of time because of its posionous biproduct, lactic acid, which disolves in oxygen.
B. Isotonic exerice
I'm pretty sure where that is where the muscle is overloaded to a greater force than it can put out, and by doing this, you are able to use far greater weights, leading to bigger muscle gains.
B. Circuit training
A series of high intensity, cardio activites often performed for a short amount of time, before resting then moving on to the next activity..
That's pretty good for a 16 yr old without looking it up or copying and pasting i rekon :):)

(A) But anaerobic energy production isn't just time based, it's intensity dependent. The activity has to be high in intensity to cause the muscles to fatigue faster.
(D) Principles of Overload states that a greater than normal stress or load on the body is required for training adaptation to take place. The body will adapt to this stimulus. Therefore any exercise that provides enough stimuli for the body to adapt is based to the principles of overload.
(A) Interval training is generally referred to any cardiovascular workout (e.g. stationary biking, running, rowing, etc.) that involves short bursts at high-intensity exertion alternated with periods of lower-intensity activity
or rest. Considered one of the best ways to increase conditioning levels as well as burn calories.
