I decided that I wanted to get into better shape so three days ago I started walking more as well as cutting out sweets, junk foods, soda, and excess carbohydrates. I also added lots more water (not excessive) and vegetables to my diet as well as being careful about portion control and more frequent small meals. Now I have terrible, liquid diarrhea and I am wondering if my body is reacting to the changes I have made or if I might be getting rid of some fat through my stools? Anyone had this experience or are there any doctors or weightloss proffessionals out there?

My wife has tried all sorts to lose weight but nothing has worked just as effectively as the wu yi tea that she drinks, it’s been covered on CNN and Fox News. She worked off 10 pounds in four weeks. She buys it off a colleague at work but I found this site in Google; http://www.Wu-YiNow.com - they have a free trial on at the moment, maybe they’re worth a try?

Any time that you need to change the diet of any pet or animal it is advised to do it gradually as severe stomach upsets can result.
I expect that exactly the same goes for people as well.

I reckon you’ve maybe done too much at once. If your body is used to having little or no veg and water and then you up the amount you take your stomach won’t like it!
You’ve got exactly the right idea you just need to implement your plan a little more slowly. Try cutting all the junk food out your diet then after a week switch soda for water then after another week start to introduce more veg and water. It sounds like a long way to do it but if doing it quickly is causing you diarrhea then it’s going to do you more harm than good.
Take your time and you’ll get a good end result that will be easier to stick to.
Good luck!
