Bulking season diet how is it?

Meal 2-3 whole grain bread,vegies,meat
Meal 3-Syntha6,milk,banana
Meal 4-Same as meal 2
Meal 5-Same as meal 3
Meal 6-Same as meal 2
Meal 7-2 canned Tuna
Meal 8-Same as meal 3
I am on cutting right now.9 weeks and 1 day left.
meal 1 is protein cereal kellogs special k protein ceral i take 2 serving which is 28gms protein.
Joe dont forget you need carbs when bulking.You dont need casein when you are bulking thats when you are cutting.Carbs form as an energy source.Most bodybuilders like dennis james,victor martinez and other famous bodybuilders eat brown rice before bed in off season.
About 4000-5000 i recken.

sounds like u are making big effort to eat alot.. which is good.. i do not like u having no protein in meal 1… they say protein is so important when u wake up
add protein to meal one
also u should be having more food variety, like brown rice, beef, salmon, etc..
add different foods in sometimes…

good good i used to have special k but i switched to kashi go lean its got more carbs but it’s whole grains special k is simple carbs but the thing is ur 8th meal u want casien and fats not carbs rid the banana get in a serving of almonds and maybe 1 cup of cottage cheese itll save u money on the syntha 6 and is prob even more beneficial just throwing that out there

you really dont have any variety do you lol have the good life and grill some big ass steaks and chicken and vegetables and shit…makes things more interesting
and id have some simple carbs in the morning. your body needs it along with protein…when i can down it, i have a gatorade in the morning following my protein shake(which takes up the hole blender and takes like 4 huge glasses to drink)
also how many cals is this?

i didnt think it was that much…takes me a whole shit load of food to get my cals up to 4000 every day…and im not cutting
imma hold that back to like december
and i might try this "no carb diet" where i guess your body goes into a fat burning state and you gain muscle to or something idk… read this lol
