Im 14 and starting swimming in PE in a few weeks (like 6-7 weeks) and i would like a six pack by then. I have around 1/4 inch of fat on my abs and they are very hard, but i dont see a six pack yet. I do a ton of sit-ups and all kinds of ab workouts, but its not burning the fat….im around 5′11" and weigh about 150, any suggestions?

keep up with the crunches but you should also do some running and go swimming so you’ll be use to it when you start at your school. also eat healthier..
