Best exercise to tone up your stomach?

I DONT want to lose weight and I DONT want a six pack lol
Done this question b4 but people kept telling me how to lose weight which is not want im after
Basically I need a simple exercise (nothing tht i need to set up. example: the wii) tht will tone up my stomach

I guess wot im after is an exercise that will keep my stomach toned as its allready toned at the moment.

You can’t tone your stomach if you have fat covering. You need to do cardio and ab exercises. You can do certain ab exercises up to a point where it will make your stomach flat and tone without a six pack. Just do less to tone them up.

Pilates. Preferably Winsor Pilates. You can buy the abs dvd on Ebay or Craigslist. They’re not for sale in the U.S. anymore. It’s really the best I’ve ever tried. I’m hooked and I’ll never quit.
