I want to start eating healthier, exercising more, and loose weight. I want to try a cleanse or detox to kick off my diet, any suggestions on ones that have worked? If so, what were your results?

Thecleanse diet will not increase your metabolic rate of how fast your body burns fat cells. It will cleanse the problematic abdominal areas to where you may loose between 5 and 10 pounds, but not a significant amount of weight as if you were working out doing cardio exercising that is the only way to increase your heart rate to in turn increase your metabolism. the cleanse will most likely do the trick. To be upfront, if you workout on lets say a stationery bicycle or on a treadmill doing cardio - it will only take 2 weeks at the very maximum to loose 5 lbs or more.
