Is it harmful to exercise every day? How many days rest (per week) should you give your body? Does this apply even if you don’t get sore anymore?

you can do cardio everyday, for weights i would rest one day between muscle groups. however, only your body knows when too much is too much. if your body tells you that you are tired, take a rest day. it won’t hurt you. it will probably be better in the long run do that you don’t develop problems from exhaustion.

The frequency of your exercise depends on your needs and your physical condition, as well as the intensity and type of exercise you’re doing.

If you don’t get sore anymore, it usually means you can intensify the form of exercise you are doing. Whether to do it or not depends on your goal for exercising.

A 15 minute brisk walk daily gets the heart pumping, tones those gorgeous legs and lets you meet a lot new people.
