Hi im 15 and play football so im fairly fit, but i would like to improve my body shape a bit more i have a fairly large build for a girl so i dont want to be too muscular or id just look manly, any ideas on how to tone my abs bum and arms without turning out with huge muscles? lol thanks for any help all appreciated

lots of cardiovascular exercises, and lots of light weights and many repetitions, this will tone up the muscles and improve speed and stamina, do some ab crunches as well but not too many. gd luck!
