I eat whatever i want up untill 6:30 then i jog 6 miles at 10pm and i dont eat anything AFTER and i do 30 hip thrusts right after i go into 30 v ups then 30 sprinter crunches. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=izDf0MCR2DU (watch this video to see work out) i rest 4-5 mins then do another set then rest again then another set. Then i do 100 straight crunches on the ab roller and then 50 to the right side then to the left side. if i keep this up will i see results?

Okay, you've got everything right–except for two things…one, your eating whatever you want. I doubt you'll see a ton of progress if you're eating junk until 6:30. But other than that great job, but lifting weights could also help, since it increases your metabolism, which helps burn fat.

That depends what results you are looking for. What you are doing is great for endurance, but endurance does not build big muscles. If you can't see your abs then thats because you need to shed the fat covering it. You can exercise forever but unless you shed that fat you'll never be able to see them.
So work on your nutrition first, you can always build your abs up later if you decide they aren't big enough, but since you aren't working out your chest or back, good abs are pointless.
