Ok, well my calf muscles don't look normal. Instead of going all the way down to my ankle almost, they are just a ball. Idk why, but it's always been like that. I just started getting shin splints about a month ago, and I'm wondering if it's because of the shape of my calf muscles… But I want to know why they look like that. Neither my parents or my sister have a calf muscle like mine… The link to it is up above. Thanks in advance.

Yours are a lil extreme- but when ppl work out and gain muscule it normally is higher up and slightly ball shaped. Shin splints are in the front of your shin and normally relates back to your shoes not having much support.

      But I'm not a doctor
