To all on my contact list … this question may be a bit gross and personal … read on if you’d like … but you’ve been warned … lol
I started getting healthy (hate the word diet) at around 306lbs(ish). I have lost a little more then 30lbs to date, so I am currently losing weight at about an average of 2 to 2.5 lbs a weeks.
So here is my question … I am very very paranoid about loose skin.
Are there things I can do to prevent this other than losing the weight slowly?
Is the current rate of my weight lost to fast to avoid this?
Should I be supplementing my diet with anything to help avoid this …
Any help anyone can provide would be deeply appreciated …

Last year I lost 75 pounds. I averaged 3 pounds per week weight loss. I was also concerned about the loose skin. Exercise helped. I did sit-ups every day. When I started, I could only do 10 at a time, but now I’ve worked my way up to 40 at a time. This not only got me in better shape, it tightened up the skin around my stomach area.
